Directions to the campground: We are located in the heart of Alaska, on the Susitna River at Deskha Landing just 10 miles west of Willow. Anchorage is 85 miles to the south, and Alaska's crown jewel, Mt. McKinley is a scenic two hour drive north to the entrance of Denali National Park. You can drive in, fly in, or boat into Deshka Landing.

Campground Desciption and details: Alaska Deshka Landing Charters is a family-owned and operated fresh water fishing guide service. We have been guiding the rivers in the Susitna River drainage for more than 15 years fishing for all 5 species of salmon and specialize in full-day and half-day fishing charters for King, Silver salmon and Rainbow trout. Charters are also available for other local species such as Chum salmon, Grayling, Dolly Varden and Northern Pike. Our charter clients are invited to stay with us in one of our clean, comfortable log cabins. You may choose a vacation package that includes fishing charter and accommodations. Meals are served family-style in our new cook house with a great view of Mt. McKinley. We specialize in family groups and can accommodate up to 14 people.
