Directions to the campground: From Waterton Park - 11 miles East on Hwy. 5, 13 miles North on Hwy. 800 then 1 mile East on Hwy. 505 and 1.5 miles North on Wynder (gravel) road.

Campground Desciption and details: A complete recreational complex in the green hills of southwestern Alberta with the Rockies to the west and Chief Mountain to the south. We are just a 30 minute scenic drive from Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park, Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump, Frank Slide Interpretive Centre, Remington Alberta Carriage Collection, Historic Fort MacLeod and Pincher Creek, home of Kootenai Brown Historical Park, and four excellent golf courses including Waterton's 18 hole course. The heart of our resort is the Great Canadian Barn Dance (complete with chuckwagon supper, entertainment, dance lessons, horsedrawn hay rides and dancing to a live four piece band) held each Friday night in July, August and September, with selected dates in May, June, October and December. For group gatherings such as weddings, family reunions, company parties and picnics, and trailer caravans, we have a fully equipped kitchen, barbecues, and a 150 seat dining room and 200 seat dance hall. On August 16, 17 and 18, 1996 we host our "International" Square Dance Jamboree and Campout. The "Barn Dance" is truly a family affair with no alcohol served in the facility.
