From our friendly, hometown atmosphere to our fully-furnished rental homes, our goal at Monte Vista Village is to provide our residents with a comfortable, secure, worry-free environment so that they can focus their energy on enjoying all that our community has to offer. It begins upon entering the Village. Our gated community is staffed with security hosts 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. All vehicles are personally welcomed into our Village. The Monte Vista staff is another area of reassurance. Unlike some communities where management is either a faceless corporation or a revolving door of here-today, gone-tomorrow part-timers, many of our dedicated staff have called Monte Vista home for over 15 years. Their voices are recognizable and their faces are well-known to our Villagers. We realize the value of having a professional and caring staff you can depend on. In addition to our efforts to guarantee a safe and secure environment, Monte Vista benefits from having a fire and police station right around the corner. Literally a stone´s throw away, the fire and police stations are ready to respond to any emergency within a matter of seconds. Although we always hope their services are never needed, the knowledge of having them so close to our homes contributes to the “peace of mind” atmosphere surrounding Monte Vista Village Resort.
