Campground Desciption and details: Explore Blue River's nearby three lakes - Mystery, Eleanor and Mud; journey into Wells Grey Wilderness Privincial Park to Murtle Lake - a paddler's dream. Spending the night on a bed of cedar chips in a Blackfoot or Cree Teepee is a great experience. If you are travelling without sleeping bags, a reservation is required to make linen arrangements. Blue River Campground is the best location to rent all your canoeing and camping needs for use at four lakes close by. You can journey to Murtle Lake in Wells Grey Provincial Park for an overnight wilderness canoeing holiday. The campground store carries drinks, snacks, fishing supplies and some camping gear.
