Campground Desciption and details: Undivided interest ownerships available for $2000 which include maintenance fees for current year. This is a one-time fee for camping for a lifetime includes closing costs and maintenance fees for current year. Only other charge is $285 yearly maintenance fee which begins next year. 14 days camping out of each calendar month during operating season are allowed for this ownership. (Campground closed January and February). All RV Sites have a Patio/Deck, Picnic Table, Water, Electric, Sewer,and Cable. All Pop-up and Tent Sites have a Picnic Table, Water, Electric, , BBQ Grill and Cable...yes, Cable! On-Site Travel Trailer and "Cabin" type Park Models. (Although we are a pet friendly resort, pets are not allowed in the rentals.) Rates vary from $30 to $50 depending on the travel trailer or cabin-type rental. On-Site Dump Station and Trailer Storage. Laundromat, Restrooms, Showers,Ice, Propane Gas, Camp Store. Two Pools, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Badminton, Mini-golf, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, Billiard Tables, Free Wireless Internet in 2-story log clubhouse.
