Attractions near the campground: Woodcarvers Festival- Last Sat of the July Bluegrass Festival- 2nd Weekend in Sept Chippewa National Forest, Lost Forty, Continental Divide, Camp Rabideau "Natural Beauty at the top of the World";"North from Bemidji on Hwy 71, right at County Road 30 in Blackduck, follow 1.5 miles, road curves to the right at Golf Course, entrance 1/2 block on left hand side.
Directions to the campground: Pine Tree Park is located on beautiful Blackduck Lake, across the road from the Blackduck Golf Course. 1-1/2 mi. west of town and walking distance to Hillcrest Supper Club. Park highlights include: old growth white pine and ceder trees, abundant wildflowers, an observation deck overlooking the lake, hiking, cross-country ski trail, boating and fishing on Blackduck Lake. Pine Tree Park features primitive, RV (electric/waterhookups) & handicapped accessible campsites, picniking areas, restrooms, and shower house. In addition, there are two large picnic shelters with electricity that may be reserved for groups. There is boat access featuring docks and ramp. Pine Tree Park is open each year from mid-May until mid-Sept. Reservations can be made by calling Blackduck City Hall at (218) 835-4803.
