Campground Desciption and details: Seaside Tent & Trailer Park is a small, friendly campground. The 30'x50' solar heated pool is free to campers. The rec. hall has a fireplace, T.V., pool table, pinball & video games. The campground is right on the seashore of the Bay Of Fundy. There is a 2 mile long beach in front of us plus other beaches to explore nearby where beachcombing and rock hunting are favourite pastimes. Within 2 minutes drive are the Echo Caves which can be explored at low tide. All around here the scenery is beautiful. There is a harbour with twin covered bridges where lobster, clams & scallops are landed. Boats can be launched from a ramp in the harbour. Along the beach is a saltmarsh where birds & wild flowers abound. The Bay Of Fundy has the worlds highest tides - the spectacular power of the current can be viewed from Rocky Quaco Head. This area was once famous for its shipbuilding - a museum displays memorabilia from those days. There already exist excellent walking & mountain bike trails on the coast & in woodlands close by. St. Martins is at the start of the Fundy Trail where more hiking & biking trails are being constructed in an area of unspoilt coastline and pristine forest - one of the last such areas on the North American coast. First class restaurants serve fresh local seafood. We are inspected and approved by Woodalls and CAA/AAA. Our tent and trailer park is just a short scenic detour off the road to Prince Edward Island. The city of Saint John, with its reversing falls attraction is only 40km away. 10% discount for Good Sam, F.M.C.A., A.A.R.P.S., Gulf Streamers & Coachmen Caravan.
