Campground Desciption and details: Camp with a view of the St. Lawrence River! Merry Knoll is located between Alexandria Bay and Cape Vincent, just outside the quaint village of Clayton. We offer easy access to our region's many events and attractions, including Boldt Castle, a monument to a true love story, plus an antique boat museum, a craft school and the lovely cruises offered by Uncle Sam Tours. Merry Knoll features camping accommodations to suit most any need. We have sites to handle the many sizes and configurations of today's RVs. Most have full hookup and we have pull-thrus to handle the "big rigs." We also have tent sites and a rental unit. For the ultimate in camping luxury, stay in one of our camping cabins. Enjoy a dip in our pool. The kids will love our playground and everyone will find entertainment in our game room. Cast your line from the fishing pier or venture out onto the water with a 14 foot rental boat. You can shop for necessities and more at our campstore. Our restrooms and laundry are sparkling clean. Whether you relax on our sundeck, watching ocean-bound ships pass by, or take part in community activities, you will want to return to our serene grounds time and again.
