Directions to the campground: Located off HWY28 N 4.5 miles from downtown Franklin. Take HWY28 N to Bennett Rd, make left before little Tennessee River Bridge on 28, then take first right on Rose Creek Rd, then take first left onto Lyle Downs Rd. Then go short distance to entrance on on left. If coming from 441S take Sanderstown Rd. Make right (there is a Mobile Home Sales lot and Berglens Rock Shop on corner) got to end at stop dign at T road make left, cross over bridge, make right turn on to Bennett Road, right on Rose Creek Rd. left on Lyle Downs Rd, go short distance to campground entrance on left.

Campground Desciption and details: Privately owned campground in the heart of the gem mining capitol of the world. We have wooded sites. Only 40 sites on 8 acres. We have trout fishing at campground. $3.00 lb you catch; we clean. We have swimming pool and playground. Pavilion for get togethers. We welcome groups, primitive tent campers and familes. Our FHU sites can accommodate 40' RV's. We offer nightly,weekly, monthly and seasonal rates.
