Campground Desciption and details: Breezy Meadows is located on 35 acres of grown-in pastures rolling along 4,000 feet of Moose River to the east and protected by 160 acres of wooded ridges to the north, south and west. An old covered bridge nestled in a small New England town. That is only one of the sites that you can see when you stay with us at Breezy Meadows! Relaxation with family and nature is what people enjoy in Vermont. Fishing or canoeing on the Moose River, strolling our almost 200 acres or simply relaxing by the pool are all great ways for family and friends to escape the rigors of the real world. To quicken the pace, traditional sporting courts and equipment will be available as well as indoor recreation when mother nature does not cooperate. Creative planned activities scheduled on site and promotion of the many cultural and natural attractions in the Northeast Kingdom will fill any scheduling void. In addition to the 51 campsites we currently have, there will be another 54 campsites when we complete construction. We also have laundry facilities, restrooms, Recreation Room/TV Lounge, a grocery store, a limited inventory of RV supplies, recreational supplies, craft items and Vermont souvenirs. The rec room offers a variety of arcade games, pool and ping pong tables in one area, with furniture, card tables, large screen tv, refrigerator and microwave, everything you'll need for eating that popcorn and watching your favorite movie! Our Highlights:: We are only 8 miles from I-93 and 11 miles from I-91 on Route 2, Large pull-through sites, Full service facility, Store, LP gas, wood, and modem friendly, Large Swimming Pool with extended concrete deck, badminton courts, 30 x 80 Pavilion, Family oriented atmosphere, A playground for the kids, Canoe and Paddle Boat rentals, More than 3 miles of hiking trails and Natural Vermont beauty
