Campground Desciption and details: Yellowstone Outfitters offers fly fishing sightseeing horseback pack trips into the Yellowstone Meadows area of the Bridger-Teton Wilderness. We fish for beautiful Yellowstone cutthroat trout, ranging from 15 to 25 inches, that have come from Yellowstone Lake to spawn in the Yellowstone and Thorofare rivers. There is breathtaking scenery and abundant wildlife to view. We have great guides and terrific cooks who prepare wonderful meals in our camps. Our hunting camp is one of the best in Wyoming. It is located in the Teton Wilderness just south of the southeast corner of Yellowstone Park. It is approximately 30 miles on horseback to our camp at Hawk’s Rest in Yellowstone Meadows. Because of the remoteness and close proximity to Yellowstone Park, we have a great elk herd. Tent camp, access by horse only.
